National Insulation Association(NIA) gives Top Honors  to Shannon Global Energy Solutions (Shannon GES). .  Shannon GES Receives the Platinum – NIA Safety Excellence Award, the highest honor in their category.

Available only to NIA members, NIA’s Safety Excellence Award™ is the association’s ultimate industry honor for outstanding safety performance. NIA recognizes safety as a vital part of the mechanical insulation industry and created this award more than a decade ago to recognize top companies that have established structured safety programs to ensure the well-being of their employees and create safe working environments. NIA’s Health and Safety Committee helps to oversee and guide the awards program. Each applicant receives a customized Safety Training Analysis Results (STAR) Report.

Winners of NIA’s Safety Excellence Award were chosen on the basis of their safety program, communication and training, and company safety policy.

Shannon GES accepts the Platinum Award for Safety Excellence awarded in April 2024. Awards were announced at the NIA Annual Convention in Florida.

 The  NIA Safety Excellence Award recognition was given in Naples, Florida during NIA’s 68th Annual Convention held April 17-19, 2024.  Stephan Kovacs,  Corporate Safety Manager at Shannon GES remarked, “This Platinum Award is a testament to our ongoing safety programs and the commitment to safety by the entire Shannon GES team “.
